The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine is a nationally recognized leader in the education of osteopathic primary care physicians. OU-HCOM was created in 1975 to help alleviate the state's growing shortage of family physicians and to train doctors for chronically underserved areas. Bell Tree Productions partners with the college annually to produce their commencement ceremony that features a memorable and dramatic “Kabuki Drop.”
